1. Do you offer pick-up and delivery service to ell Puerto Rico?

 

Islandwide Express (IWE) offers pick-up and delivery services to and from any location the island.  Our operational structure allows us to offer pick-up services from any location within the Puerto Rico and deliver your shipment to any destination next-day. Same-Day services as well as our premium service,” Pronto Am”, also offer the same coverage.

 

 

2. Where are your facilities located?

 

Islandwide Express has six  strategically located Terminals throughout Puerto Rico.  Please click on locations to view our map and address information.

 

3. How do I request pick-up service?

 

You can request “pick-up” service through our “pick-up” option in our web page or by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-787-273-6400       

 

4. Can I call for service if I do not have an account with Islandwide Express?

 

We can collect payment upon pick-up.

 

5. Can I open a credit account with Islandwide Express?

 

You can contact our via e-mail or by calling 1-787-273-8060 to coordinate an appointment with one of our representatives.  To facilitate this process, you may the "Credit application" option in our web page.

 

6. How can I obtain information regarding status of my shipments?

 

You can obtain information on your shipments on the tracking function of our web page or by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-787-273-6400.  Please have your package ID (number) when you call.

 

7. How can I request materials to process my shipments?

 

Please go to the Shipment Materials option in our web page or call our Customer Service Department at 1-787-273-6400.

 

8. What is Deliver?

 

Deliver is the name of our shipping software produced to facilitate the processing of your shipments.  It offers you the option of creating a data base with the shipping information of each one of your customers.  In addition, it provides reports and statistical information of your shipments.  For additional information regarding this program, please contact our via e-mail or call us at 1-787-273-8060.
